Boxlty came to ArtVersion with a great idea at a well positioned time in real estate. The vision was to enable users to buy, sell, search and gain access to properties all via digital platform. By simplifying the real estate transaction process with smart technology – Boxlty had the opportunity to reshape the face of real estate as its known – but they needed a team to turn it into reality. Our mission was to transform the idea into a usable, intuitive and engaging experience for the digital space.
Our primary challenge was to explain the new perspective and offering in a way that was understandable and approachable. Upon completion of in depth initial assessment and collaboration with the Boxlty team, ArtVersion entered the UX research phase, including wire framing, user journey mapping and information architecture. Through visual and content strategies, the team focused heavily on the value and convenience of Boxlty while expressing the convenience of the innovative technology.
Equipped with strategy and insight, the ArtVersion team delivered an intuitive, conversational and inviting experience that drives users to move to next steps in the conversion process. Not only are users utilizing the platform, their minds are shifting to a more streamlined process, and Boxlty is realizing its vision to change the landscape of real estate.
