Wireframing & Journey Mapping

In collaboration with Pepsico customer relations, the application of analytic discoveries to create one-stop access to all frequently asked questions and media channel engagements is implemented in an interactive, simple and user-centered manner. By strategizing structurally sound solutions, expansion and streamlined efforts of engagement, deeper relationships with customers are created, reinforcing brand loyalty.

Best Practices in User-Centered Design

By utilizing the jQuery UI library we proposed a platform-agnostic solution. Combined with best practices and a mobile ready interface, our recommendation is robust and scalable, allowing for a fixed and controlled foundation that will provide for future expansion and a virtually maintenance free environment.

We proposed an interface design that is scalable, multi-brand adaptable and highly flexible. The strategy for the contact page development is to clearly articulate contact touch points and funneled responses, while balancing customer engagement with the brand experience.
