This initiative was created to recognize top-performing dealership sales teams through immersive product education and video-based submissions. Our work centers on delivering a cohesive digital platform that elevates the experience for participants, administrators, and judges, ensuring the system is seamless, scalable, and engaging from start to finish.

Front-End Experience: Clear, Engaging, and Purpose-Built
We designed the full competition interface, beginning with front-end marketing pages that guide participants through rules, timelines, and expectations. The experience emphasizes clarity and ease of use so that sales professionals, who often film submissions in fast-paced environments, can quickly understand the requirements and navigate the submission process.

From the start, our goal was to create a solution that could scale, supporting the Volvo Viking Competition without rebuilding the system each year. We architected a unified platform that adapts to annual themes, content updates, and workflow variations while maintaining a consistent user experience.
This approach allows the program to evolve each year while preserving stability, efficiency, and brand integrity.
Powering Performance Through Experience & Precision
We designed the platform to streamline every step of the competition—from how participants submit their entries to how judges evaluate them. The submission workflow guides sales professionals through recording and uploading their video walkthroughs, validating entries, and confirming their final submission in a clear, user-friendly environment. On the backend, we built a secure judging system that supports a multi-tiered rubric, weighted scoring, commenting, and real-time progress tracking. Judges and admins access intuitive dashboards that centralize all submissions, scoring activity, and status updates, ensuring a smooth, accurate, and consistent evaluation process. Together, this integrated system creates a seamless end-to-end experience where participants can confidently showcase their expertise while judges can efficiently and fairly assess every entry.
