Marist High School approached ArtVersion with a clear objective: rebuild their digital presence to create a modern, fully responsive website that better reflects the spirit of their community. The goal was to guide diverse audiences—prospective families, current students, athletes, alumni, and faculty—through intuitive pathways that highlight academic excellence, athletics, arts, and school culture.
Our team began with a full audit of the existing site and its content ecosystem, evaluating site structure, navigation, and the overall usability of the legacy platform. By analyzing user journeys, traffic patterns, and content depth, we identified opportunities to streamline information architecture and eliminate unnecessary friction points.

Insights from the discovery phase laid the foundation for a more intuitive site map, refined navigation, and reorganized pathways tailored to each core audience.
At the center of the redesign was a modernized site architecture built to simplify discovery. We restructured legacy navigation, eliminated redundancies, and introduced clearer pathways for Admissions, Academics, Athletics, Student Life, and Alumni—ensuring that each user group could reach what they needed in fewer steps.
Through a collaborative workshop process, our team developed user flows and page-level strategies that prioritized clarity, responsiveness, and purposeful storytelling across devices. These strategic decisions informed the structure of each page and ultimately shaped the new digital experience.
We migrated legacy resources—including news archives, blog entries, and dynamic content—into a cleaner, better organized system that enables long-term scalability. The back-end architecture was constructed with modularity in mind, equipping the Marist team with the ability to create, update, and manage content effortlessly moving forward.
UI Design & Visual Design System
The new interface reflects Marist’s identity through refined typography, bold color harmony, and a balanced use of imagery and graphic elements. Designed from the ground up, the web experience emphasizes clarity and accessibility while maintaining a modern and athletic tone aligned with the school’s brand.
Our design team crafted a cohesive visual system that scales naturally across desktop and mobile, ensuring that prospective families and current students can navigate the site with ease. Purposeful white space, responsive layout patterns, and intuitive content blocks create a polished, high-performing interface.
Results
The result is a revitalized digital platform that elevates Marist High School’s online presence while honoring the legacy of the institution. With improved navigation, redefined user journeys, and a modern UI system, the new site delivers an intuitive and engaging experience for every visitor—from prospective families exploring the school for the first time to alumni reconnecting with their community.
