Director of Strategy and Partnerships

As we expand our Chicago office, we’re hiring a Director of Strategy & Growth to lead strategic initiatives, support digital transformation efforts, and build long-term client partnerships. This role directly contributes to how we grow as a firm and how our clients evolve their brands, platforms, and experiences.
At ArtVersion, design is strategy. This role lets you shape both how we grow and how our clients achieve clarity across their digital ecosystems. You’ll work with a collaborative, future-focused team that values initiative, innovation, and measurable outcomes.
- Develop and execute growth strategies that align with company objectives and long-term vision
- Guide clients through brand, digital, and UX initiatives with a strategic lens
- Partner with leadership to shape new offerings, frameworks, and go-to-market approaches
- Lead discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and strategic planning sessions
- Collaborate closely with design and development teams to ensure strategic alignment
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships rooted in trust and measurable value
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement and strategic enablement
- Support the integration of automation, analytics, and optimization practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). MBA or advanced degree a plus.
- 5+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, or revenue operations.
- Strong track record of securing and growing client relationships.
- Experience with AI, automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Strategic thinker with operational execution skills.
- Highly self-driven, with strong communication and leadership presence.
