Partnering as TEDxChicago’s Creative Agency has been an inspiring collaboration, blending our shared values to amplify voices shaping the future. We’re thrilled to bring the “Lighting the Way” theme to life with compelling design and thoughtful visual storytelling alongside the incredible TEDxChicago team.

Shaping Event Atmosphere

Our collaboration with TEDxChicago began with creating tailored design guidelines to align with the event’s theme and vision. This cohesive framework ensured consistency across all materials, from stage graphics to social media assets, bringing the TEDxChicago experience to life in a visually compelling way.

Seamless Branding, Elevated Experience

Next, we developed a cohesive brand ecosystem that encompassed every aspect of the event experience—from banners, signs  and  swag to handbooks, social media assets, and event badges. Each element was thoughtfully designed to reflect TEDxChicago’s identity and theme, creating a seamless and immersive environment for attendees. By aligning these pieces within a unified design language, we ensured that every touchpoint reinforced the event’s message and elevated the overall experience, making TEDxChicago visually impactful and memorable.

Social Media Assets

ArtVersion created branded social media templates to visually extend the event experience online. The templates were designed for flexibility and consistency, allowing TEDxChicago to share updates, announcements, and highlights while maintaining a cohesive look across all digital channels. Each layout reflected the event’s established design language, color palette, and typography, ensuring that the visual identity remained strong and recognizable throughout all pre-event promotions and live coverage.

Booklet and Badges Design

Booklets and attendee badges were designed to bring the TEDxChicago brand to life in a tactile and memorable way. Each piece reflected the event’s visual identity through consistent use of typography, color, and layout, creating a unified experience from registration to closing remarks. The booklets provided attendees with an intuitive and visually engaging guide to the program, while the badges balanced clarity and design detail, enhancing both functionality and the overall brand presence throughout the event.
