ArtVersion has been named a Finalist in two categories at the 16th Annual Lovie Awards, with recognition for both our client work and our ongoing design research initiative, VERSIONS®.
The Dinsmore digital experience was selected as a Finalist in Accessible & Responsible Technology within Websites & Mobile Sites, while VERSIONS® was recognized in Best Practices within Websites & Mobile Sites.
The two recognitions represent different sides of our work, but they are closely connected. Accessibility, usability, responsible technology, and thoughtful digital standards are not considerations we see as separate from design. They influence how we approach information architecture, interaction, content, design systems, development, and the decisions that shape an experience from the beginning.
For Dinsmore, those principles were applied to a complex digital environment where clarity and accessibility needed to work across a substantial amount of content and a wide range of user journeys. WordPress VIP serves as the backbone technology for the website, providing the enterprise infrastructure needed to support performance, scalability, security, and ongoing publishing needs. The focus was not only on meeting technical requirements, but on creating an experience that remains understandable, usable, and maintainable as the platform evolves.
VERSIONS® approaches many of the same questions through research and publishing. Created as ArtVersion’s independent design research initiative, VERSIONS® gives our team a place to examine the methods, technologies, and ideas influencing contemporary digital experiences. Its work explores accessibility, user experience, design systems, emerging technologies, and the changing relationship between people and the interfaces they use.
Seeing both recognized together is particularly meaningful to us. One reflects how these principles are applied within a client environment. The other reflects our continued effort to study, question, document, and share the thinking behind them.
The Lovie Awards are presented by The Webbys, with Finalists selected by the International Academy of Digital Arts & Sciences (IADAS), a global organization of industry experts and technology innovators.
Within Websites & Mobile Sites, work is evaluated across areas including content, structure and navigation, visual design, overall experience, functionality, and interactivity. Those criteria make the recognition especially relevant to the way we think about digital work—not as a collection of isolated design elements, but as a complete experience that has to work as a system.
The 16th Annual competition received nearly 1,000 entries from 35 countries, with Finalists representing the top 30% of work entered.
Both Dinsmore and VERSIONS® are also eligible for the People’s Lovie Award, which is determined through public voting. Voting is open through October 15, 2026, and this year’s Lovie Award winners will be announced on November 10.
