Hailey Marczak

Hailey leads visual direction across ArtVersion’s brand and digital work, translating strategy into distinctive, cohesive design systems that carry across experiences and touchpoints.

Her work spans art direction, visual identity, digital design, print design, motion, and brand storytelling. Since joining ArtVersion in 2025, Hailey has contributed to a wide range of client projects across brand refresh, website redesign, and visual experience initiatives, working closely with the agency’s design, strategy, development, and leadership teams from early concepts through final execution.

Hailey brings a systems-oriented approach to design, considering how typography, imagery, composition, motion systems, and interaction work together rather than treating them as isolated elements. Her role includes establishing visual direction, refining creative concepts, and maintaining consistency as ideas move across websites, campaigns, presentations, and broader brand applications.

Her work is grounded in clarity and purposeful communication, with particular attention to the details that make a visual system feel considered and complete. As Associate Art Director, Hailey also guides creative execution across projects, balancing expressive design with usability, scalability, and the practical needs of the organizations ArtVersion works with.

Hailey holds a BFA in graphic design, minor in mass media, bringing together a foundation in visual communication with an understanding of the broader media context in which design operates.
