Motion Graphics Designer/Animator

We are seeking a skilled Motion Designer and Animator with a flair for creativity and a strong background in After Effects, 3D animation, and video editing. The ideal candidate will bring experience with animations on the web, including animated SVGs and JavaScript microinteractions, as well as a mix of strategic marketing and business expertise to the position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver motion graphics and animations for various platforms, including web, mobile, and social media, enhancing user engagement and visual storytelling.
- Work closely with our creative team to conceptualize and execute designs that meet project objectives and client expectations.
- Utilize After Effects, 3D modeling, and video editing tools to create dynamic graphics and animations, while continuously improving skills through professional development.
- Collaborate with other designers, project managers, and clients to ensure a high standard of graphic design and brand consistency across all media.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to keep our creative outputs innovative and industry-leading.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience in graphic design and animation, with a strong portfolio showcasing skills in After Effects, 3D animation, and video editing.
- Proficiency in using design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and animation tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender.
- Strong understanding of design principles, user experience, and motion graphics.
- Experience with web animation techniques, including SVG animations and JavaScript microinteractions.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and with clients.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
