Gold and Silver accolades mark the agency’s commitment to human-centered digital experiences powered by advanced technologies
Chicago, IL — November, 12, 2025— ArtVersion is proud to announce it has been honored with a Gold and Silver award at the 2025 Q4 Online Design Awards (ODA). These latest recognitions celebrate the agency’s human-centred approach to digital experience design, backed by advanced technologies and a custom WordPress architecture developed to manage complex data relationships within large-scale creative archives.
Award Highlights
- Gold Award in Web Design
- Silver Award in Interactive Design

Both awards were given for Art Is Everywhere: Candice B. Groot’s Collection, a digital exhibition website developed for the Virginia A. Groot Foundation, showcasing one of the most significant private contemporary art collections in the country.
Built upon a flexible WordPress backend with a completely bespoke content structure, the site allows curators to catalogue, cross-reference, and expand the digital collection through scalable data models — ensuring the experience remains as timeless as the art it preserves.
A Legacy of Recognition
The Candice B. Groot Collection project continues to receive international acclaim for its fusion of design, storytelling, and technology.
- The Webby Awards: Honored in the Art and Weird & Experimental categories, spotlighting its originality and innovation in interactive design.
- The Muse Awards: Platinum and Gold winner for Cultural Website Design and Best User Experience, underscoring the project’s dedication to accessibility and emotional engagement.
- The W3 Awards: Recipient of Gold for Website Redesign and User Interface Design, recognizing its seamless navigation and refined aesthetic execution.
- Crafted With Code: Highlighted the team stories behind the best of the web design
- Online Design Awards (ODA): Now celebrated again with Gold and Silver honors in 2025 Q4, solidifying its place as one of the most awarded digital exhibitions of its kind.
Each of these recognitions underscores the collaboration between ArtVersion’s design, development, and accessibility teams — blending creative direction with robust engineering to make art discoverable to a global audience.
Looking Ahead
With these accolades in hand, ArtVersion is energized to further expand its craft — combining headless CMS architectures, adaptive personalization, and uman-centered design frameworks. The studio continues to push the limits of digital craftsmanship, building platforms that evolve alongside users.
“Our mission has always been to bridge the gap between digital ambition and human significance,” says Goran Paun, Principal & Creative Director at ArtVersion. “Winning both Gold and Silver at the ODA this quarter affirms that when you place people — their needs, contexts and experiences — at the heart of technology design and execution, you create work that not only wins awards but builds value.”
In his Inc. article “Art Is Not Always Comfortable,” Goran Paun, Principal and Creative Director at ArtVersion, reflected on the process behind this project.
