Retail Packaging Design & Material Sourcing

Leveraging existing working knowledge of the Mood Factory brand, the ArtVersion team tapped into a holistic approach to begin the creative packaging solution process for Mood-LED.

Working closely with the Mood Factory brand team, product specifications were discussed to ensure packaging met specific standards for all identified vendors. Visual design and structure were critical elements for the in-store program, which required detailed prototyping and material sourcing to meet the realistic needs of the product program and affiliated organizations.

Capturing the Essence of the Product

For the Mood Factory, our team at ArtVersion graphic designers created a packaging design that not only reflects the innovative nature of the product but also resonates with the consumers on an emotional level. The Mood-LED light bulb packaging is designed to be both informative and visually engaging, capturing the essence of the product’s ability to influence and enhance the mood of any space. The use of vibrant, gradient colors on the packaging symbolizes the wide spectrum of moods and atmospheres that the smart light bulb can create, while the clean and modern layout ensures that the key product features are communicated clearly.

We focused on making the user experience as intuitive as possible, starting from the packaging itself. The front of the box prominently displays the product’s unique selling points, such as app integration and color control, alongside clear visuals that guide the consumer through the product’s capabilities. The design emphasizes the seamless integration of technology and everyday life, with the Mood-LED bulb positioned as a tool for personalizing the ambiance of any room. This packaging not only protects the product but also serves as a powerful first touchpoint that enhances the overall brand experience for the consumer.

Web Design

After completing the product design for the Mood-LED light bulb, our team of web designers collaborated closely with the client to create a new website for the Mood Factory brand. This website was designed to showcase the entire product line, which included over 45 SKUs, each with its unique features and benefits. Our goal was to create an online experience that not only highlighted the versatility of the Mood Factory products but also conveyed the brand’s commitment to enhancing consumers’ lives through innovative, mood-enhancing technology.

The website was built with a user-centered approach, ensuring that visitors could easily navigate through the product offerings, explore detailed information, and make informed purchasing decisions. We incorporated interactive elements, vibrant imagery, and a seamless shopping experience to reflect the brand’s dynamic and engaging personality. The result was a website that not only supported the launch of the expanded product line but also strengthened the brand’s presence in the market, providing a platform that could grow alongside the Mood Factory’s evolving product range.
