Our Base and How We Work Across Locations

ArtVersion is based in Chicago, with an additional studio presence that supports our work across design, development, and research. This setup exists for one reason: to support how the work actually happens.

Some phases of a project benefit from in-person collaboration, direct stakeholder access, and proximity to client teams. Other phases benefit from uninterrupted production time, extended working hours, and tighter iteration cycles. Our structure allows us to support both without forcing everything into a single physical location.

How the Work Is Organized

Chicago remains our home base and primary point of collaboration. It’s where leadership works closely with clients, shaping strategy, direction, and alignment through ongoing conversations rather than handoffs.

Our Northbrook studio supports the same teams with space designed for sustained focus, design iteration, and production work that benefits from fewer interruptions and longer cycles of attention. The work moves fluidly between both locations as projects evolve.

This dual office structure isn’t about separating roles. It’s about giving complex thinking and execution the environments they need to stay coherent, deliberate, and resilient under real conditions.
