ArtVersion Releases Marks and Icons Related to the Coronavirus into the Public Domain

ArtVersion launches original marks and icons to represent topics surrounding the COVID-19 virus.

CHICAGO, April 10, 2020 – ArtVersion, a leading independent design and branding firm, recently launched three original marks and icons to represent topics surrounding the COVID-19 virus. Freely available for public use, these graphics were created in an effort to promote health and safety within communities.

The rapid spread of the COVID-19 virus has lead to government-mandated social distancing in communities across the globe, forcing businesses everywhere to close their doors in the effort to contain the threat. Some citizens have been compelled to work from home while others have lost their jobs altogether. As a result, the world has experienced massive disruptions in healthcare and economic systems, and businesses have had to adapt to a new workplace dynamic.

ArtVersion immediately recognized the delicacy of the situation and continues to do its part to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The team maintains a high level of cohesive communication while working remotely and all client meetings are conducted virtually. The COVID-19 Novel Coronavirus Disease Icon was released into the public domain on April 6, 2020 in an attempt to standardize COVID-19 identification for visual communication. The #StayAtHome and #FlattenTheCurve Marks and Icons were released into the public domain on April 7 and 9, respectively, to provide easy asset access to COVID-19 related visual communications and graphics.
