Lynn joined ArtVersion back in 2011 as a Director of UX/UI Strategies. Her duties and agency engagement evolved to the multiple facets of branding and interactive initiatives. As a senior strategist, Lynn’s passion is innovation through visual branding, and corporate storytelling focused on interactive media and engaging content. Lynn’s ability to develop visual and narrative solutions for brand identities that genuinely speak to the audience is an essential aspect of her approach.

Her evangelistic view of a brand’s voice and authenticity have significant influence to all startup branding or corporate rebranding projects. Her deep cultural understanding and personal passion for international client relationships pave the way for new horizons for ArtVersion creative agency. Lynn worked in the fashion industry before she joined the ArtVersion team. Working in the fashion industry allowed Lynn to bring new and exciting principles to ArtVersion. Lynn lived in New York and California before settling in Chicago.

Developer, Implementations and Testing

Since joining ArtVersion, Jelena has become the go-to person for our strategic implementations. She keeps the information structure and site infrastructures organized and in-line with stories and experiences. Jelena takes a holistic approach that integrates all code dimensions consistent with a brand’s strategic touchpoints. Acting as a workflow manager, she is our primary user experience and interface tester. The majority of our web projects utilize her exceptional skills during the beginning or ending phase. Her attention to detail and organizational capabilities are valuable in all facets throughout the project lifecycle.

Jelena is constantly researching new design trends and the latest coding developments and shares the information with our team. Ultimately, it benefits the work we do for our clients. When she is not busy learning new CMS platforms and cross-checking websites, she is a craft artist with a special interest in paper, collage, and painting with acrylics. Her favorite subjects to paint have beautiful colors and shapes of nature and include birds and butterflies.

Director, Web Development

As a senior development lead, Dushan is responsible for most of the technology strategies, security conventions and implementations to any project that hits our pipeline. His passion lies in the use of open source technologies and their customization to meet project requirements for optimized workflows. Dushan also personally develops and customizes almost all web interfaces that our core team designs – his tight collaborations with our designers and sysadmins form a strong bridge in our design and development process. His interests are highly focused on evolving web and digital spaces.

His expertise in HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Ajax and JavaScript allows our web projects to include user-engaging methods and interactive elements that create not only balanced experiences but also improve functionality within interfaces. He also enjoys server-side scripting and structured query languages, such as PHP and MySQL. Always in search of challenges and opportunities to advance his development skills, Dushan is an essential part of our core web development team. Prior to joining ArtVersion, he worked as a computer hardware technician and sysadmin for Linux and Windows-based LAN and WAN systems. He was also engaged in projects like web development and database administration for larger multi-channel businesses. When Dushan is not in front of his computer screen, he enjoys studying the Impressionism movement; both in art and music.

Kristina is a versatile designer with a fresh perspective on the creative process. Having worked closely with some of the industries most influential brands, her insights allow her to design strong communication systems with branded visuals by cultivating design techniques and current market trends. In addition to overseeing print, planning and delivery projects for ArtVersion, her attention to digital media enables strong multidisciplinary involvement across projects in the areas of user interface and user experience design for web and mobile applications.

Highly focused on the user’s connection to design systems – her experiential, design-centric strategies and integrations are rooted in brand purpose. Since joining ArtVersion’s creative department, Kristina has successfully paved the way for a more integrated creative and collaborative approach. Kristina has a bachelors degree in graphic design from UIC and will likely never be late to work since her loyal poodle-mix, Chiquis, loves to wake her up bright and early.

Over her career span at ArtVersion agency, Eileen has developed a track record of building creative assets by producing sustainable visual communications and digital strategies for some of the biggest brands and notable startups. Eileen has especially become an avid advocate in UI/UX design areas, finding her passion in this multidisciplinary environment. Eileen’s unique twist in handling complex design challenges from a conclusive academic angle makes her research, analysis and opinion invaluable throughout the project’s lifecycle.

Understanding the rapid movement of design trends, she has mastered the dynamic changes that come with constant development and critical thinking. As a Director of User Experience, Eileen’s daily initiatives often involve the technical aspect of the project, not only with respect to operational applications and back-ends but often coding and final implementations. She develops strategies that combine responsibilities and workflows to deliver a cohesive, compelling, emotionally connected and brand-focused ecosystems fully supported by selected technologies. Eileen has a deep connection to design, spending her time analyzing shapes, objects, logos and typefaces while exploring design history. Eileen has taken an interest in photography in her spare time, loving how every angle makes a uniquely different impact and contributes to creating visual stories. She also works on creating her typefaces and calligraphy letters.

As an integral part of Artversion’s Brand Strategy team, Katie is a dynamic client relations and marketing solutions leader who offers targeted expertise in creating and managing a unified brand experience and ensuring the success of newly launched products. She plays an active role in supporting and organizing the production of all projects which span across the full spectrum of branding. Throughout her career, Katie has worked heavily in the financial sector, specifically in client services. Her extensive experience in client management and maintaining strong working relationships is an asset as she focuses heavily on ensuring that each project remains on track with regard to communication and consistency.

Katie earned a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from North Park University in Chicago, where she graduated with academic honors. Through her connections at NPU, Katie had the opportunity to work on an integrated marketing campaign for a local nonprofit organization, Project Osmosis, devoted to creating design programs to support young people from minority communities. By using a combination of traditional marketing and social media strategy, Katie and her team created the marketing plan for the organization’s upcoming program, Brick Builders Nation. Katie enjoys staying active by running and enjoying a little healthy competition by participating in races with her friends and family. Katie is an avid reader and can often be found with her nose in a book, and her cat cuddled nearby.

With an extensive background in design and branding, Petra continues to pursue her goals as Art Director in the creative visual communication field through user experiences and aesthetics, delving into studying surroundings and user behaviors. Petra’s bodies of work are often recognized and published in various industry-related programs such as Vega, Clutch and Awwwards. Honing her existing expertise in unparalleled design creation, Petra combines her innate artistic abilities with impeccable client communication.

Her friendly and charismatic personality make clients instantly comfortable, making the brand vision quickly understood and energetically brought to life. She is passionate about art, design and fine photography. Her curiosity in typefaces and their use in web design and in printed publication confirms her most recurring interest in type design and font manipulation, creating the optimal branding experience. Petra takes on unique and challenging projects with excitement and enthusiasm, never finding any project to be out of her range. She’s continuously energized by solving design problems and challenges, “In my little design world, everything is possible.” Knowing how design has the ability to convey specific messages, Petra prides herself on keeping a strong and uniquely creative foundation, wrapping it together in an aesthetically pleasing experience. She is a talented photographer with the rare ability to put her subjects at ease, resulting in impeccable results. She focuses especially on portraits, as she finds photography fascinating in its ability to capture and project moments and attached emotions and impressions. She is an avid traveler, having visited over ten countries on three different continents.

As a Brand Strategist, John serves as the connector between ArtVersion’s diverse design capabilities and client challenges with user engagement. John complements ArtVersion’s profound expertise in unifying the brand experience for clients’ consumers across major touchpoints. John’s responsibilities at ArtVersion are all about “brand development” – assisting clients in developing a memorable narrative, a powerful visual strategy, and an engaging personality, message and tonality.

His primary objectives are focused on shaping brand identity and perceptions through transformational design systems that ArtVersion can engineer. Services consist of building brand frameworks for successful user engagement, logo and packaging ideation, launching a product into the marketplace, or anything in between. When engaging with clients, John’s primary purpose is to learn about their defining characteristics and ambitions so that a legacy can be established far beyond the completion of a project. With a background in multimedia marketing from previous positions, John helped orchestrate partnership solutions for brands within the sports and entertainment space. Key projects supported include Mercedes-Benz Stadium (Atlanta, GA), Johnson Controls Pro Football Hall of Fame Village (Canton, OH), and ROKiT Field at Dignity Health Sports Park (Los Angeles, CA), amongst others. John’s knack for research, writing, and data interpretation/statistical analysis has propelled meaningful collaboration with a wide range of Fortune 500 brands across visible categories like auto, consumer goods, entertainment, financial services, technology & telecommunications. He likes to keep a particularly close eye on the brand marketing landscape, especially brands intersecting with and impacting pop culture. John earned a B.S. in Advertising from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign’s College of Media in 2015, graduating with honors. Beyond the workplace, John likes to keep active and soak in all that Chicago has to offer. Outside interests consist of music (‘90s hip-hop/rap), art (album covers, cartoons, street art), and fantasy football. He also volunteers for charitable organizations like the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) and Imerman Angels.

As the Executive Director of Design, Erin is the main anchor of the ArtVersion team, overseeing all of the firm’s internal and client communications. She designed and engineered major strategic shifts for our clients, including Hilton, TransUnion, Caterpillar, and Volvo. To drive user engagement and help evolve their brand experiences by expanding a base of digital offerings and creating new global capabilities utilizing data science, research, and design.

Erin’s statements and works are mentioned in various industry-related publications. She was acknowledged and recognized by Ad Age, Forbes and Adweek as one of the industry forecasts and trendsetters often called for comments or insights. Keeping all projects in fluid motion and simplifying the workflow complexities. With a seamless and collaborative approach, Erin’s passion for assets engineering and design at large deeply connects and internalizes our agency’s strategic approach and positioning – one that is rooted in user-centric design and delivery of unified brand experiences across all platforms. Her responsibilities as an executive director include establishing partnerships with leading organizations, supporting key client initiatives, and innovative actions and platforms to scale best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Erin’s passion and expertise in digital branding development have contributed to many processes that we’ve undertaken. User interface and experience design, user interactions, and usability serve as a perfect medium for her to express her creativity and practice prevalent design strategies. Erin’s objectives and goals are focused on bringing companies’ spirits and cultures to life through design and visual brand strategies. With her bright and uplifting personality, Erin is our office digital design evangelist, both staying updated with the latest technology and continually advocating for clients to integrate new and adaptive uses and methodologies. Understanding the importance of impeccable UI/UX design, Erin contributes to the strategizing and implementation of countless multi-faceted projects and increasingly complex platforms and systems. Reflecting professionalism, integrity and dedication, she considers the delivery of perfect end results to be the ultimate priority. Under her leadership, enthusiasm for new challenging projects and problem-solving through the design approach, we are able to push the limits and innovate in all areas of visual communications. Her warmth and approachability create strong relationships with clients and team members. A firm believer that “some of the biggest risks create great end results,” she is truly passionate about design and enjoys incorporating forms and function into meaningful graphic art that formulates sophisticated and creative visuals. In her spare time, Erin enjoys traveling and attending various sporting events.

Goran has spent the better part of his career helping companies with branding and design strategies by giving authenticity to their corporate identities through focused design, visual branding and user interface & experience design. Goran founded the full-service creative agency, ArtVersion, in 1999. Since then, ArtVersion has provided numerous clients, including Fortune 500 companies, with web-design, UI/UX, brand storytelling, corporate identity, visual communications and marketing services. Roster includes: Toyota, Volvo, Johnson & Johnson, Coca-Cola Company, Caterpillar, Qualcomm, Cisco, Jackson National, MorganStanley, Federal Reserve, Deutsche Bank, TransUnion, Toyota, Pfizer, and Rush University.

As a reputable member of the graphic design and web design industry, Goran’s comments and insights are regularly published in newspapers, magazines, and local and national print publications. These include well-known papers such as the Chicago Tribune, Chicago Magazine, Fast Company, Forbes, and Crain’s Chicago Business. He has also been published in various influential blogs such as Founders Card, Examiner, AppleNews, and AmericanExpress Open Forum. Goran has years of expertise in brand strengthening, as well as the creation and re-development of corporate identities. His philosophy is, “Among all products equal in functionality, cost and quality, the one with the most appealing design will always stay on top.” He has said, “It’s impressive to see how executives and their teams are willing to put forth the effort to make their marketing messages really represent their company. Many of them depend on our creativity and forward thinking. From ideation to completion, we work hard together, and that is the only way of creating ingenious and effective materials.” In addition to branding and corporate identity, Goran’s passions lie in web usability, user experience design and user interface design (UX/UI). By helping companies keep their customers engaged through interactive methods and technologies, he has bolstered brands and kept them relevant in the ever-changing world we live in. He truly believes that user experience is the magic that will power a successful and lasting business today and into the future. Goran has long been a respected voice in the subject of visual branding, web, and digital marketing. Goran received his professional training at the Polytechnic Academy of Belgrade, Serbia, and has received numerous awards for his creative work. Goran is an active member of the Adobe® Customer Advisors, Forbes Agency Council, American Institute of Graphic Art, National Association of Photoshop® Professionals, National Press Photographers Association, National Geographic Society, and of the Art Directors Club. In 2004, Goran was nominated as a Leader of the Year.
